The first step in any program is assessing the current equipment, age, status and overall functionality of a site. Our proprietary site assessment captures all of the relevant data necessary for you to plan for the repair, replacement, and upgrades to the HVAC system of any given facility. It's our goal to provide you with the data and recommendations necessary for you to make an informed decision. This can be offered as part of a capital investment planning process, replacement program or as a standalone service.

The cornerstone of RMMG is HVAC change-out & Retrofit programs. These programs are often annual programs but can be one-off programs for the replacement of aging or failing equipment across the client portfolio. These programs can be regionally based or nationwide based on client needs. These programs are tailor made in regard to all aspects of replacement, including standard age and condition, as well as standard equipment specifications that are carried across the program and portfolio to provide consistency in future service and replacement, as well as consistent cost modeling and financial planning.

An additional service provided by RMMG following site assessments and replacement programs is our asset tracking and maintenance program. Following our assessment and the replacement of units, equipment is logged and tracked so we can make the client aware as assets come to age and are due to be replaced. RMMG also has a 24 hour parts and service department that can not only provide after sales support and warranty support, but also provide reports on the annual costs of maintaining older units for future financial and capital planning.
